SHIPPING INFO
Because I want to make sure your items are fresh and fabulous, everything at Hug the Universe is made-to-order. Instead of a dusty warehouse, your items are printed specifically for you the moment you hit "order."
Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and packed.
Shipping Times: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (depending on how far you are from the printing hub).
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email the second your package hits the road.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
I can’t personally hand-deliver every order (that would be a fun road trip, though), but I stand behind the quality of the work.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the post office decides to play soccer with your box:
Take a quick photo of the damaged item (and the packaging, if possible).
Email it to me at ryan@hugtheuniverse.com within 14 days of delivery.
I will send out a replacement at zero cost to you or issue a full refund. Your choice. I want you to be happy with what you get. Period.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each item is custom-printed just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or ordering the wrong size. Before you check out, please double-check that you've selected the right size. This helps me keep waste down, and the Universe feeling hugged.
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking says "Delivered" but it’s nowhere to be found, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing after 3 days, let me know, and we’ll investigate together.
